Photoblog Review: Straymatter

Today I wanted to highlight the absolute best photoblog on the internet. Straymatter. This is an unsolicited review provided here purely because the photography and eloquent dissertation of Scotty are leagues above the rest.

The moment I landed on Straymatter I knew it was different from the rest. His blog theme is perfect. It’s simple to navigate. Its clean and simple. Its appealing to the eye.

Picture choices are superb and always from a different perspective. Seemingly perfect pictures on every post. His choice of post processing techniques bring life to each and every entry.

But what sets Straymatter apart from every other blog is the eloquent dissertation of each and every photograph. His writing style is a joy to read and makes the reader question reality and the perspective of the situation.

I cannot say enough about the respect I have for this excellent example of what a photoblog should be. I challenge you to visit his site and not read every entry in his blog all the way back to 2005.
