I am a active Open Water Instructor with about 450 dives. I have worked in Fiji for 6 months. I am currently seeking employment in the dive industry.

Being an SSi instructor, will this effect job placement in any way??

Hello, after exploring this web-site i’ve realized that i need to enhance my diving skills! My Short term goal is to become a full-time diving instructor, but im reluctant on what to do… About 2 years ago i got my PADI certification for basic diving. Now that i want to pursue diving full time, what do i do as far as training? Do i need to go through the basic diving training all over again? Or do i just need to dive with a dive master untill i’m fully up to par, skill wise? Also after im done completing my diving hours in order to become an instructor, is it fairly easy to get a job with PADI? Or other dive companies?
If someone could get back to me asap, that would be great! Thanks guys:)

I am looking for job as a divemaster at a resort fuji, thailand , bali,zanzibar. sychelles , maldives.
I have got 200 dives of which 150 as dive master.
I can fix outbord motors repair boats.
I have got more than 40 hours as topman on open see.

Can some one help me in this please
